A little prep makes pickup quick. Shut off the water valves, disconnect the hoses, and let any water drain out. We don’t work on gas or water lines, so those need to be done ahead of time. If your washer or dryer just plugs into the wall, we’ll unplug it ourselves. Front-loaders are especially heavy, so tell us if the machines are upstairs, in a basement, or down a narrow hallway. A photo of the machines and the way out of the house is all we need for a quote.
